All pedals are handcrafted in small batches. While every effort is made to keep the online store up to date, availability may vary. Slight aesthetic variations may occur due to the manual nature of the production process.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices include VAT (where applicable). The final price, including shipping costs, will be shown before confirming the order.

If you are located outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are processed through our online store. Payment must be made in full before shipping. Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

All ThunderTomate pedals are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
